Free live session · Zoom (online)
AI search visibility for Volusia County small businesses.
Forty-five minutes on how the AI engines decide which DeLand, Deltona, Daytona Beach and New Smyrna businesses get named when someone asks for a recommendation, with the numbers from EVOIX's own Central Florida research and a live look at your business.
- When
- Thursday, November 5, 2026, 12:00 to 12:45 PM Eastern
- Where
- Zoom (online). The join link is emailed to registrants the day before.
- Cost
- Free. Recording posted on this page afterwards.
What you will leave with
- How ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews choose which local businesses to name, shown on live questions, not slides.
- What EVOIX's Central Florida data shows: which directories the engines lean on, how often a business's own site gets cited, and where Volusia County businesses sit today.
- A live check of attendees' businesses. Bring your business name and website and watch what the engines say about you.
- The three fixes a small business can make this month, with the order to do them in and what each one is worth.
Who it is for
Owners and managers of service businesses in Volusia County and the rest of Central Florida: contractors, clinics, law offices, restaurants, salons, agencies. No technical background needed. If you have ever typed your own trade into ChatGPT to see who comes up, this is for you.
The host
Stephane Morera is the founder of EVOIX, an AI consulting and Answer Engine Optimization practice in DeLand. The session draws on EVOIX's published research: the Central Florida AI Citation Study, the study of what it takes to get cited by AI, and the King of AEO experiment, a public test of how fast AI engines pick up a new name, with the prediction written before the result.
Register
Seats are free and the session is live, so registration is required to get the Zoom link. Bring your business name and website if you want it checked on air.
After the session
The recording link and the number of people who attended get posted on this page, so the session is a matter of record, not a claim. The same rule EVOIX applies to its research applies here.
Questions
- Is the session really free?
- Yes. There is no charge and no sales pitch. EVOIX hosts it because the people who understand how AI search picks a business are the people who later ask for help with it.
- Do I need a Zoom account?
- No. The join link works in a browser. It is emailed to registrants the day before the session.
- Will it be recorded?
- Yes. The recording and the number of people who attended are posted on this page afterwards, so the session is on the record.
- Can I get my own business checked?
- Yes. Reply to your confirmation email with your business name and website, or bring them to the session. Part of the time is a live check of attendees' businesses in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews.
