EVOIX provides AI consulting, automation, AI agent development, and digital marketing services for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

2. Accounts

When you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Payment Terms

• Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement or at the point of purchase
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees or result in service suspension

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive content through our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with the operation of our services
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our services without written consent
• Use our AI tools or automations for harmful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials provided by EVOIX are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Work product created specifically for your engagement (custom automations, agents, or deliverables) is yours upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

6. AI and Automation Disclaimer

Our services involve artificial intelligence and automated systems. While we strive for accuracy and reliability:

• AI-generated outputs may require human review and validation
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results from AI implementations
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before use
• AI technologies evolve rapidly and service capabilities may change

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not share your proprietary information with third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVOIX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EVOIX LLC, its members, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate services as outlined in the applicable service agreement
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to access our platform and services ceases
• Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Volusia County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
